PRSA-NCC Presents “Effective Organizational Communications” Workshop

by

We counsel our senior management and clients on a daily basis on how to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, yet when it comes to our own personal Conference Roomcommunications, we can occasionally fall short. PRSA-NCC presents “Effective Organizational Communications,” an interactive workshop where you will understand your own communication style and how to adapt it to others in the workplace in order to achieve your objectives.

Whether it is dealing with time sensitive work and you need to communicate your sense of urgency or you are working with an uncooperative co-worker, speaker Freddi Donner will provide tips and techniques to communicate effectively. Freddi specializes in the power of communication and interpersonal skills to achieve business development goals and personal growth. She has founded Business Stamina in 2004 after more than 20 years as a corporate marketing executive. Aside from being a successful entrepreneur, she is an accredited practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment.

Topics and techniques to be discussed:

  • Why your communication style is the minority
  • How to develop new ways of communication for better connections
  • Simple language and methodologies to help you develop flexibility in your communication
  • The ten worst words and phrases to use at work
